The training

In this fully interactive session, More Onion experts will help you to design rich and effective supporter journeys. Whether you're new to supporter journeys design, or looking to refine journeys you're already running, this session is for you. The learnings will apply to all types of supporter journeys. 

We'll cover:

  • Setting good objectives and metrics
  • Key principles for great supporter journeys
  • Understanding and segmenting your audience
  • Enriching your journeys through engagement actions
  • Practical tools for designing your journeys
  • Topline discussion on data and automations 

Who the training is for

This training is designed for anyone working in the charity or not-for-profit sector who wants to know more about designing and implementing effective supporter journeys. Campaigners, fundraisers, communicators, innovators and beyond will benefit from this session. This training is valuable to professionals at all stages of their career, from entry level to leadership.

You don't need any prior experience of building supporter journeys.

It is offered exclusively for people working for a charity or not-for-profit.

How it will work

This training series will consist of two half-day sessions using virtual meeting platform Zoom. There'll be a mix of expert input from More Onion experts, practical exercises, group work and discussion with other trainees, plus personal reflections after the sessions to help you make the most of the contact time.
