It was great working with Claire; she really 'gets it' - she knows campaigning and she knows the Impact Stack toolset so well. The project didn’t feel like an agency doing a job for us, it was a real development and learning experience, sharing skills, pushing boundaries.
I've attended two more onion training sessions now, and found them both invaluable for my own development and for the projects I work on. They have a great knack for breaking down a sea of information into actionable tips you can work with straight away, and are a goldmine of useful insight from across the non-profit and charity sector.
Working with the team at more onion over the past couple of years has been both effective and instructive. We developed a platform that has seen us achieve 50% over our target and learned a lot about how agile development works in the process - we always knew where we were headed but not always the specific route. And although the route was far from straightforward, more onion have been great co-pilots.

The training really met our objectives; our team now has the common understanding of digital mobilisation that we were looking for, and we're already putting it all into action with new colour-coded trello boards, checklists and strategic engagement actions. We appreciated the effort that had gone into planning effective, engaging online training activities. We covered loads and it felt just as, if not more efficient than an in person session.

This was Freedom from Torture's first venture into an integrated digital fundraising and campaigning project, and more onion were excellent partners to work with across the project - from landing pages to campaign strategy!
